Hello im new played but account exist since 2024, but i never played because, if i remember correclty, it was because i couldnt join discord. Im back playing DBO but in an not so active server. I saw that this server has more daily player so i started here now. But i still cant join the discord.

Donations are non-refundable, except in special cases such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or other verified payment-related issues. If you have any problem with a donation, you must contact our staff first so we can help resolve the issue before you open a chargeback or dispute through your bank, PayPal, card provider, or payment platform.
For purchases made through our donation store, our system verifies whether the code has been used. If it has not been used, the case may be reviewed for a refund. If it has already been used, all related accounts may be suspended or banned, and the refund will be processed afterwards to the user.
To recover access to suspended accounts after a used code has been refunded, the player must repay the full value of the used product.
Repeated refund abuse will result in increased repayment requirements, including up to double or more of the original amount for repeated offenses, and may lead to permanent bans on all related accounts if we find it necessary.
