Private Server Game Shareholders Terms of Service Agreement
Dear player, hello. Thank you for your support for this game. As of today, you are one of the owners and ordinary shareholders of this game. You jointly own the ownership of this game. The nature of this game is a non-commercial private game, only for private entertainment, not for commercial activities. The game data is purchased from the internet for private use in learning and communication. I agree to and default to the following terms:
- I voluntarily contribute to ensure that our game can continue to be entertaining.
- I expressly acknowledge and affirm that the funds I spend in this game are voluntary donations, not transactions.
- Based on the funds I donated, I authorize our designated game administrator to allocate funds at their discretion, and the ownership of the funds belongs to the recipient.
- I jointly own this game with other shareholders, and as private non-commercial property, it is not used for commercial profit-making activities.
Agreement Period: January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2025
Game Disclaimer
I. Nature:
As a closed community for private game enthusiasts, no public access is available, only internal player recommendations are accepted. As a non-commercial personal game exchange and entertainment community, no commercial activities are generated, nor do they violate any commercial regulations.
II. Data:
Our game entertainment data comes from the internet (GitHub and other open-source platforms), only for communication and learning, not as any commercial activity. Please delete it within 24 hours after downloading for learning. If it infringes on your rights, please contact our management personnel in time, and we will make appropriate arrangements within 72 hours.
III. Accounts:
All personal items of players in the game do not belong to personal assets or any form of valid assets, and do not accept any legal liability. The final interpretation right belongs to our operating team.
IV. Props:
If users voluntarily donate funds to support our operation, it will be regarded as voluntary and gratuitous donation. And we will send the agreement to the user for confirmation before donation. We will only accept any form of donation from the user after receiving confirmation. The user’s reply to agree is considered as the user’s valid written confirmation. If there is any behavior such as impersonating a real-name , Discord, QQ account that is not done by the owner, it will be considered invalid. At the same time, the donation and transaction behavior will be considered invalid, and no legal liability will be accepted.
V. Supplementary Agreement:
If there are missing parts in the above regulations, the final interpretation right belongs to us.
Declaration Clause:
Playing this game is deemed as agreeing to all the above guidelines of ours.
Account Management and Game Norms
- Prohibition of account/real money transactions, permanent ban.
- Prohibition of using scripts/third-party programs, permanent ban.
- Prohibition of discussing politics, religion, pornography, gambling, drug use, spreading rumors, etc., permanent ban.
- Prohibition of impersonating game administrators/game operators, permanent ban.
- Prohibition of abusing game vulnerabilities, permanent ban.
- Prohibition of false reporting, perjury, etc., 7-day ban, 30-day ban, permanent ban.
If there are any changes in game policies and penalties, no separate notice will be given. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the operation will be subject to corresponding treatment.
User Usage Declaration
We are a private non-commercial server for players’ online game, not public, not advertised, and there are no charging items or paid content/dlc. Please be aware of this. If you have any questions, please contact us in time, and we will make appropriate arrangements within 24 hours.
