What is the solution to the server block

Hello! It's been a while since I tried to access the game, but it's been blocked, but I don't know why. It says it's been blocked even though I didn't use hack or break the rules, how can I solve this and access the server? Game server block, discord server has been expelled. My ID is ois0531.
